By the time you read this, the weekend most likely will be sold out. If it is, go ahead and send
an email to webmaster asking to be places on wait
list or to be notified when the 2012 one is open for registration. This weekend is organized,
run and attended by women. This year’s program is still being developed, but will be similar to
last year’s with enough changes to keep things fresh and exciting. To allow all attendees the
chance to sample the entire program, we are limiting the number of guests to 40 women. If you are

It takes a LOT of work to maintain Meany. Even if you can only come up for a couple of hours,
you will be surprised at what you can accomplish. A major focus this season will be giving North
and South Slobovia a serious haircut. (To non-Meanyites these are names of locations on the Meany
hill) We will also be replacing the rope on the Mach Tow. ("Mach" being the name of our fastest tow
rope). The senior committee has accomplished lots of heavy maintenance on the snow cats, but they
still need the help of "the young bucks". So we will likely get involved in assisting, like replacing
the tracks on Moose and Tom Cat. Click on
track installation,
and scroll down to the bottom to view videos of the last time we did this.
The dates are posted on the
Calendar but the here they are:

Excluding the winter season, Meany is available to private groups for off-site meeting, retreats,
workshops or training events. If your group wants the quietness of a Forest setting and still have
home amenities (ie showers & kitchen), then Meany, only 60 miles from downtown Seattle, is the place.
In fact we have groups that have standing yearly reservations. For further information, please
