Here is Ray with three of his groupies during the 2008 Spring MOFA class. Yes Ray even comes up and cooks when he doesn't ski. And of course wherever Ray goes, his groupies are sure to follow :-). The groupies are from left to right: Kris, Theresa and Linda.




















The Meany kitchen is fully outfitted and meets Kittitas County Health Department standards. This picture is a typical island layout for lunch prepping. As you can see the kitchen is always a hive of activity.




















After skiing for a couple of hours, you are usually a tad bit cold, damp and tired. Well as part of some Meany lunches, we serve soup that will warm every part of your body. Here is an example of the soup (Tomato).




















While you're at Meany, you will note that all of the individuals you meet, will sing praises to the cooking skills of the Meany chef's; and to prove that, here is Art showing how much he likes the food.




















While you are at Meany, you will see Ray in the kitchen, and you will ask, does he ever rest ? Well the Meany photographic staff stalked him and finally after many years actually caught him napping.




















So many guests have asked for copy of the recipes used at Meany, that we posted some of them on the website. Well this year we got evidence that people are actually trying them. This picture is of Hillel, his sister Hadar and friend Tamar, who made the Banana Split dessert. From the smiles I think it was a success.
