Meany Sno-Cats Schedule and information

Alright, it is that time of the year again !!!! As most experienced Meanyites know, in winter, the only fashionable motorized way into the lodge is with our Sno-Cats, our veteran, "TomCat" and the newbie "Moose " (see pictures - Moose was chosen because it have one extremely large rack). As you can see, very minimalistic, but hey they get the job done. TomCat to haul equipment and non-skiers/snowboarders, Moose to tow skiers/snowboarders. With Moose's independent track hydrostatic steering, we can now make RailRoad curve in one shot, so for the one's being towed a straight shot to the lodge!

Below is the departure schedule from Crystal Spring Sno-Park, along with some important reminders to get you your family and equipment easily on board.

We recommend that you arrive no later then 30 minutes before Sno-Cats departure time
Have equipment out of car and stacked. (the reason you come 30 minutes before departure time)
If neccessary, competent skiers/snowboarders may be towed to Meany, so be ready to get "in gear"
Make sure all equipment is tagged with names (Easier to spot when off-loading at Meany)

Please do dress warmly as it tends to get a tad bit nippy ridding TomCat (You will thank us; especially if the driver asks you to get out and walk at RailRoad Curve")

Sno-Park Permit Information

For each day you parked at Crystal Spring Sno-Park, you will need either

Annual Sno-park permit with groom trail sticker
a Snow Park day Permit plus pass a discovery day permit or annual permit

These need to be displayed in your car's, windshield (driver side). The Sno-cat drivers do carry a limited supply of them, but we recommend getting them before you get to the Sno-Park
