Is regular self-care part of your routine? If you're like most women these days, the answer is a resounding NO!!. You've probably fallen into the bad habit of running all day doing for family, friends and work. By the end of the day you're exhausted, with nothing left to give yourself. This lack of consistent self-care can really impact your quality of life and degrades your peace of mind, vitality and physical health. If you don't take care of yourself, who will?

The benefits of taking time to nurture yourself are powerful and scientifically proven. When you take the time to slow down, unwind and reflect, you become rested and relaxed. You are more patient, loving and generous. Your sense of calmness and control increases and you feel more optimistic, confident and capable of handling life's challenges.

The annual Women's Wellness Adventure Weekend is a wonderful opportunity for women of all ages, fitness levels and sizes to slow down, unwind and attend to their own needs. The weekend's theme is "Invigorate, Refresh, Inspire" and will offer hiking, massage/spa treatments, nutrition, and a variety of exercise and fitness training led by credentialed trainers.

Come alone or with a friend and spend the weekend relaxing, learning something new and take care of your own needs. It's a great way to spend a weekend. We are still in the process of setting up the program, but for a brief description of classes and hikes already set up, please click Class description, for information on instructors, click on Bio.
